Took Henry to the doctor yesterday for his "well child" visit. He checked out with a clean bill of health and a little lecture about sugars, insulin and carbs. By the time the lecture came from the doctor, he was fidgeting so much he didn't retain much of anything.

Henry is 8 years, 5 months and is 4'11" and weighs 95 pounds.

I looked up a couple "height predictors" online this afternoon and two of them said "Your child is really tall!" Kidding, but they did say "Your child is above the 97th percentile so we can't estimate that for you" (or something to that effect) But I did find another that took my height, his dad's height, his current age, height & weight and it says at the age of 21, he may be 6'5". Wowza! Still, I wish I had a nickel for everytime someone said "He's really tall for his age!"
