- - Lyrics - -

So tired, tired of these drama
No more, no moreI wanna be free
I'm so tired, so tired..

Uh, it feel so good

When you let go
Avoid these drama in your life
Now you're free from all the pain
Free from all the gameFree from all the stress
So find your happinessI don't know
Only God knows where the story ends for me
But I know where the story begins
It's up to us to choose
Whether we win or loose
And I choose to win

I've never been a fan of drama. I have never surrounded myself with drama - be it myself, friends or family, it just turned me off. People that have drama in their lives seem to have created it or don't try actively to get away from it. High school girls squealed about the drama and they loved them some drama - not me. I've never liked it around me, let alone in my life. I'm 30 years old and I have more drama that I've had before. *sigh* I'm sorry to my friends around me that are witnessing this drama I'm going through. Yes, I made choices that caused this drama but I am trying to correct the situation. Thank you for supporting me, offering advice and just being there for me.
This morning I woke up and was on cloud 9, just feeling great. I slept well, felt good and was full of energy (should have worked out). I had a smile on my face from the moment I awoke. Then the drama started in and while I'm not down and out, it sure did damper that mood. I feel like my life is reflects a springtime thunderstorm. The sun can be out shining bright, it is warm and the birds are signing and things are great. Then the clouds come in and are right above you, dark and grey yet a you can still see the sunshine in the distant it just isn't where you are. Then a refreshing, cleansing rain comes and wipes out the dust and dirt and gives you a new outlook on life. You take deep breathes to inhale the good, clean air and relish in freshness of it all. The sun comes out again and things are great again. Then before you know it, the dark clouds roll in, the low, deep rolling thunder starts in and BAM! flashes of lighting come and you wonder "Where did this come from? Was it supposed to storm today".

Where did this drama come from? Is this my life? I recently have had great, warm moments of sunshine but I want more sunshine. Where is the blissful state of content I so very much want? I guess I just have to wait the clouds out.

And it's a great day to be alive
I know the sun's still shinin when I close my eyes
There's some hard times in the neigborhood

ut why can't every day be just this good?

I feel fantastic! I feel like I could fly. I feel light on my feet. I feel happy, beautiful and full of life. A friend of mine told me I'm twitterpatted. That I am!
That's me! I'm twitterpated and loving every second of it. However, it isn't only a springtime twitterpation. It can't be and feel this good. He is my everything. He is what a girl dreams of, hopes for and desires. If I could have placed an order for a friend, partner and lover he would be it. I've never felt like this before. I've heard people talk about being in love and it made me smile but I could never identify with that feeling. Now I can. I know what that feeling is.
kara: I love today!
-friend1-: it's alright
kara: today IS great :)
kara: yesteraday was great as well
kara: as imagine tomorrow and friday will be too
-friend2-: why is today great?
kara: just is :D
kara: it feels like it is
-friend3-: can anyone tell that kara has a new boyfriend
-friend2-: ah, the new boyfriend stage :)
-friend2-: that was always fun
-friend1-: a friend of mine refers to that as the ketchup stage
-friend1-: "you like ketchup? OH MY GOD, I LIKE KETCHUP TOO! <3>
-friend2-: haha
-friend2-: the schmoopy stage
