*sigh*

I'm not in the blogging mood but updating this darn thing has been on my mind daily for weeks now.

I just have so much to blog about and it doesn't seem blogstatic so I'm just rather blah about it. When I'm in a good mood and want to blog, I'm not behind my boring desk and my boring job.

Life is life. Some aspects of it are great, fantastic, better than EVER. Other parts are hard, frustrating and depressing.

My boys. They are wonderful gems! Henry is doing FANTASTIC in school. He is a great speller and I'm so relieved and happy for him. I'm a horrible speller and his dad can NOT spell to save his life. He is a star on his soccer team and loves playing and the attention he gets. He is in cub scouts again this year and this year it looks to be more productive - cause I'm not the dang den leader!
They are now spending Monday & Wednesday nights with their father and every other weekend. I enjoy Monday nights alone but the other nights I miss them terribly. Even though I keep busy while they are gone, I still want to kiss them goodnight. I know they miss me too but are enjoying the time with their dad and brothers.

Colby is fantastic! We've been together for 6 months now. We met April 7th and celebrated our "6 months knowing each other" anniversary this last Sunday. He has changed my life and I can see it eventually heading in the direction I want.

Money/finances/budgeting has gone to shit. I pay what I want and ignore the rest. Part of me feels free and part of me has this dark gloom hanging over my head when I even begin to think about money. I just want enough to make ends meet.

My job is boring as ever. My boss is sick and old and taking care of him has become part of the job. I don't want to be at his job anymore, but I won't leave my boss. He's 85 and he wouldn't adjust well to someone else coming in so here I stay as long as he lives. Sounds like a marriage. Guess that is a good way to look at it - I'm married to my job. 'Till death do us part.

There. How's that for my life in a nutshell.
